The 663 acre parcel is divided into 14 lots and for sale at $254,000.
The 320 acre parcel is not divided into lots and is for sale at $94,000.

1) Exit 261 from Interstate 80
2) Go south on Hwy 306 to a point 5 miles south of the village of Crescent Valley. (Don't speed in these small towns.)
3) At this point you will find a large wooden sign on the right side of the road that says Battle Mountain and Hilltop.
4) Turn right at this sign and set your trip odometer to zero.
5) At 5.8 miles from Hwy 306 you will enter the 320 acres.
6) At 6.8 miles you will exit the 320 acres.
7) At 7.3 miles you will enter the 663 acres.
8) At 8.3 miles you will exit the 663 acres.
9) At 8.7 miles you will enter Phase I of Sage Valley. There is a sign on a post at this point
10) At 9.4 miles you will cross a cattle guard. Take the left fork in the road at this point
11) At 10.0 miles you will see the signs on the right side of the road for the northwest corner of Phase I and the southeast corner of Phase II.
12) At 11.3 miles you will exit Phase II.
